Adobe® Lightroom Basics

Prerequisites:

You must have basic computer skills including knowledge of Windows, the keyboard, mouse usage, some typing skills. This is an intermediate course in digital editing of photos using Adobe Lightroom software. It is helpful if you have a familiarity with Adobe Elements or Corel Paint Shop Pro. This class is hands-on. This is NOT a beginner's class on the basics of the computer.

Description::

This is a two part seminar exploring the modules of Adobe Lightroom software. Each seminar will address another module, i.e. organize, develop, create, and print etc.


If you own this software, learn how to make full use of all the features. What is a preset, how can I change my exposure, do I shot in RAW and why?

Having problems understanding your digital "camera"? Lightroom can fix most camera mistakes, exposure, hue, saturation, and even shutter speed.


Join this seminar to learn the basics of one of the most popular software's from Adobe.

Goals:

The student will practice hands-on Lightroom techniques to turn a snapshot into a photograph.
