Description::
Would you like to put your favorite photos into a book or just tell your story? In this seminar, we will review the options available on the market for publishing your own book. There are lots of different software available. Which ones have:
- the best paper?
- the best color in the printing?
- the easiest interface?
- can hold text?
Other considerations:
- What kind of fonts can I use?
- What is the price?
We will not actually make a book in class. This is mostly a lecture on the options available on the market and the ease of use for various skill levels. This is NOT a beginner's class on the basics of the computer.
Goals:
- Understand the various options available for creating a book
- Understand the criteria for evaluating the options
