Prerequisites:
This is class includes both lecture and hands-on experience. You need basic computer, keyboard, and mouse skills. It is recommended that you understand why you might be concerned about photo and file resolutions, possibly based on past experiences with sending and printing photos.
Description:
Resolution and resizing for printing, web sites, and email. This is your chance to finally understand what size is needed for printing your photos, using the photos on the web and why some people are confused by these terms. This seminar covers everything you ever wanted to know about megapixels, megabytes and DPI. Do you have a high resolution or a low resolution file, and what size can you print? These questions and others will be explained in order to demystify once and for all the sizes you need for the purposes you have. Specific software will be used to batch process photo files to make them a different size.
